The processing of personal data is carried out both on paper and in electronic form, in full
the D. Decree Law 196/03, for the purposes of concluding the contract and the execution of services covered by the package, and for which the provision of data, although
optional, it is necessary for the completion thereof.
Personal data will be communicated only to service providers including carriers,
Hotels, restaurants selected for the tour package purchased by the consumer and will not be at no time disclosed or sold to third parties.
The consumer may also, according to art. 7 of that Act, at any time request to
any data concerning him by requesting that such data is updated, modified, completed, or deleted, subject to the right that that the law recognizes to object, in whole or in part, to such use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing and the following penalties will be applied:
- 30% of the total rental price, if the cancellation in made at least 75 days before the start of the
rental period;
- 50% of the total rental price, if the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the start of the
rental period;
- 80% of the total rental price, if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the
rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price, if the cancellation is made at last 14 days before the start rental
period or in case of no show.
PAYMENT & RENTAL VOUCHER
Client shall pay 30% of the total price at the moment of booking's confirmation. Final payment is due 45
days before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 60 days prior to arrival date, the whole
amount must be paid after the confirmation. Upon receiving the full payment the holiday-marker will be
sent a rental voucher with driving directions and further useful information.
CHECKIN/CHECK OUT
The changeover day is Saturday. In this regard the client are asked to arrive at the villa rental property
between 2.30 p.m. and 06.30 p.m., unless otherwise specified, and to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m
ACCOMODATION:
- NUMBER PERSON:
Only the number of guest specified in the present contract will be accommodated in the property, and
in no event the number of person staying in the rental property may exceed the number of sleeping
place, including children over 2 years.
- PET
Pets will be subject to approval and could be allowed only if they are small in size and well behaved.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon arrival to the rented property, the client will be requested to pay a security deposit of € 100.00
The client is responsible for ensuring upon departure that the property is left in the same conditions as
upon arrival. Any loss or damage caused by negligence or wilful neglect to respect the property, fixtures
or fittings will be deducted from the security deposit. Client are required to act in a responsible manner at
all times, and to act with respect towards other guest and neighbors, and CICERONE TOUR SRL, reserve
the discretionary right, acting in good faith, to require any individual to vacate the property, in case of
disruptive behaviour, without any refund.
COMPLAINTS
Upon arrival, the client is required to inspect the property and sign the acceptance protocol.
In any problem exists, the client must notify the owner or his/her representative so that any problem can
be fixed. Good faith efforts will be made at all times to correct any infrastructure problems in the
property.
RENTAL PRICE INCLUISION
The rental price in inclusive of any facilities and service as indicated in the description along with weekly
linen change, gas and electricity.
LIABILITY
CICERONETOUR SRL assume no responsibility for losses, theft or accidents or for damage to person or
property caused by the undersigned or his/her guest. The undersigned will assume all responsibility for

damage done to the villa rental property caused by negligence and/or wilful neglect of his own or of
his/her guest as listed in the Booking Contract.
ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT
By signing and submitting this form, you agree to accept and abide the terms and conditions of this
contract.
CICERONETOUR SRL assure the accuracy of all information contained in its web site regarding the

either to the conditions or to the quality of the selected property.
